On How People
Know that
Evil Exists, Yet
Somehow,
Obnoxiously,
No One Ever

Universal Source!
! [if you believe that sort of thing]
So the saying goes: “The Greatest Trick the Devil Ever Played Was Convincing the World He Did Not Really Exist!”
Really? Only if it was the Devil telling you that lie.
Luckily, for me, I CANNOT believe in the Devil, as in order for me to acknowledge the possibility of his existence, I would have to admit that I was a believer in his counterpart, God, for which I deny in my life as well. Why? Allow me, The Token White Guy, to quote two revolutionary but gangster, rbg, brothers from Dead Prez, who, on Let’s Be Free, on the Hidden Track Propaganda, say:
Man made God out of ignorance and fear…
If God made Man, why the hell did he put us here?
The idea that God created the world, is the all knowing, ruler of the Universe… means that ALL blame for anything that is wrong in the world must be his fault, as ideally, he must have known it was going to happen. And if he knew it was going to happen, as the person who created the world, and thus made the rules, why does he allow it to happen? Ideally, he is to be blamed for everything wrong, the same way people praise him for everything ‘right’.
With that said, why would a God create a Devil in the first place – a nemesis of sorts. Surely, if he is God, and knows all, and created all, he shouldn’t need this opposing force and if one came about, he is GOD… Shouldn’t he just get rid of the devil with a snap of his fingers and all? Maybe God isn’t that “all powerful” people make him out to be afterall. And, what kind of creator creates anything less than perfection, where he would allow such evils to exist. This is really just an asshole move, again, for those who believe in God at all, for which I do not.
It really is the ignorance of the masses who create these ideas. It is the perversion of the mind of man who comes up with this ideas of ‘freewill’ and the ‘Devil,’ and use them as scapegoats and excuses to explain the flaws of a species that the ‘oh so perfect and flawless’ God created. It even goes so far to come up with the topic we are writing on: The Greatest Trick the Devil Ever Played was Convincing the World he Didn’t Exist!
WRONG! The saying should be “The Greatest Trick God Ever Played was Convincing you that the Devil did Exist”…
And, this idea that God and the Devil are mutually exclusive powers on opposite ends of our “Good vs. Evil” spectrum is absurd just on an argumentative stance. All I see is play on letters…
GOD DO EVIL, for which we can name countless instances: Slavery, the Crusades, War, Famine, Plagues, Republicans, Holocaust, Racism, Poverty, etc. etc. etc. Why Does GOD DO EVIL? I have no idea, but if you DO separate to D and O and put them back in place, you are left with GOOD DEVIL. This is a bit of a contradiction to what we are taught. But, either way, it all started at the very beginning when just the first two people ate from the forbidden tree… Then in just the 2nd generation of Man, Kane killed his brother Abel. This means that God automatically fucked up the human race from the get go, when, as God, he could have created good people… a less flawed species who didn’t already have these innate dispositions to do wrong. This design flaw puts all this blood on God’s hands. So, like any scoundrel, he creates this virtual enemy – The Devil, that now will divert all wrong doing God has done, and allow the masses to blame this idea of sin as associated to this created character.
I can speak on this for days and days… I live this argument about being anti-God as I have no room in my life for something or someone so foul, not even getting into the scientific reasons which can lead me to talk about this topic infinitely as to my disbelief in God or anything that sounds whimsical and fairy tale like. My lack of belief in God is stronger than anyone’s affirmative belief in God. My blasphemous tongue does not apologize to anyone for this, as I acknowledge that I am playing Pascal’s Wager with the same odds and probability as any God fearing Man and their THEORY of the existence of God being right.
And, the best part of this is the preconceived notions that I must not be a good person… or that I must not have ethics, morals, principals… or that I don’t raise my kids properly… The irony of all this is that I probably live a more righteous and virtuous life than anyone. The only difference, is that I do it without this shadow hovering over my life. You see, “The Greatest Thing the Token White Guy Ever Did was Convincing Himself that God Didn’t Exist.”
But, that isn’t the topic, and so I leave you with this:
This world revolves around Heaven and Hell. Entangled in a struggle between Good and Bad. Righteous ones die young. Evil ones live on. Arguments arise. Tensions tense. Everyone is confused to the reasons why? Satisfied in the Thought of a “higher being.” Trapped in mind games. Really believing in them. Isolated are the few Chosen ones who Know the truth To an extent that they bring Horrors to the world. Eliminating the truth Does wonders for the soul. Eliminating the soul Vanishes a shield Illuminating the false sense of the Life we really live in. Even though this is the case, Very few have the power Enough to influence the world. Really, this is far more than a Power struggle between good and bad. Losing are those who don’t see it. Allowing oneself to get caught up, You will find out the hard way. Ever ask yourself why Do we live in a World that needs to be so harsh? Any person can rationally See that there must be a Counter argument. Once you get it, though, there is No turning back. Visualization of the truth - It can hurt. Never mind this though. Can it be changed? Impossible! Now things are set in stone. Guilty as charged. The “higher being,” However perceived, Even has problems. Why would he create a world Or hell so hot? Read between the lines. Look in deepr. Do you see it yet? How hard is this to explain? Evil is, because it was Determined form the get go. It was decided During the formation Not to make the world so easy, Or what fun would “God” have? To understand, rather overstand, Remove the conflict of Evil verses Good. Associate one with the other, Learning that perhaps they are related, Like as in the same. You see it now? EVIL and GoOD (EVIL GOD do DEVIL GOOD) X marks the spot. I told you that the truth hurts. Seen only by a select few. That is the greatest trick…From THE TOKEN WHITE GUY

Who is Keyser Soze? He is supposed to be Turkish. Some say his father was German. Nobody believed he was real. Nobody ever saw him or knew anybody that ever worked directly for him, but to hear Kobayashi tell it, anybody could have worked for Soze. You never knew. That was his power. The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist. And like that, poof. He’s gone…
I guess its safe to assume that while this quote from Usual Suspects is the origin of today’s post, Im supposed to elaborate more on the “concept” behind it… well in this instance, tricks aren’t just for kids they are for non-believers. I say that because How can one be tricked if they are already cautioned and made aware of whats about to happen. My faith clearly states that:
“This is the Book; in it is guidance sure, without doubt, to those who fear Allah; Who believe in the Unseen, are steadfast in prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them
; And who believe in the Revelation sent to thee, and sent before thy time, and (in their hearts) have the assurance of the Hereafter. They are on (true) guidance, from their Lord, and it is these who will prosper. As to those who reject Faith, it is the same to them whether thou warn them or do not warn them; they will not believe.” (2:2-6)
So trick on trickster, we already know and you aint foolin nobody! Like my Grandma use to say: The DEVIL IS A LAIR!

Conspicuous-consumption-driven materialism
How many times a day do we buy things that we truly do not need, or how many times a day do we throw something in the garbage? I was privileged to see the continent Africa, and it taught me so much about who I am and what was important in my life. Being confined to our own homes or our own rooms, we often close both our doors and minds towards what is really going on outside. Settling for only feeding our wants and desires, we neglect our needs. The Devil has tricked us in the satisfaction of the flesh. Dr, Cornell West calls us a nihilistic generation partially on the fact that we only want instant gratification. The devil has tricked us in blaming our wants on our desires, when did we forget that what is we want is not always good for us? You cannot go a mile in the world without seeing some sort of advertisement; this advertisement blinds our eyes to the wickedness of the world. How much we spend and destroy all for the sake of satisfying our materialistic urge. The devil is behind the curtains laughing because we honestly blame our devilish habits on things like holidays and special occasions when in fact we are moving in unity with the plans of evil. There is a lot in my own past that I know I don’t need, and a lot that I know I will just waste. My hands are not free of sin, however the almighty has blessed me to see what is moving in my life. Moving forward I try to purge myself through fasting, prayer, and fellowship. I would rather live in a harsh reality than a tainted lie. The harsh reality is that the emotion that drives our everyday decisions are based off of systematic advertisement that play on all senses. Next time you drive down the road on your way to work, pay special attention to the stores you pass, you should not be surprised when you think about what you want for lunch later.

“The Greatest Trick the Devil Ever Played was…“:
Inventing the idea and concept of “devil” or “evil” and weaving it to a concept which became ritualized institutions to harm, oppress, slave and murder other people in an effort to enslave people to do what they wanted them to do. This concept is despicable – as is most concepts of the like attached to Abrahamic religions – and seeks to dehumanize and “other” people in the most inhumane ways. Anyone who believes in such illogic fallacy is indeed mentally, emotionally and spiritually distorted/warped. But most people in “the West” are “f**d up.”
